I-Trend® is a Java J2EE web-based condition monitoring application specifically developed for analysis, trending, and alert functions on a wide range of equipment types. It is based  on SMI's ICEMS® technology, but is packaged especially for standalone, third-party hosted, or embedded operating environments and applications. It uses Six-sigma techniques  to increase alert accuracy and reduce false alarms, and SMI's patented data analysis techniques to identify and diagnose equipment problems before they occur.
